How to Register
Current/Existing Families:
If your student(s) completed the 2023-24 school year and will be returning this fall for the 2024-25 school year CLICK HERE to log in to your parent portal account and complete your annual update.
Once you log in to the parent portal select "More" at the bottom of the list on the left
From the bottom of the new list select "Online Registration"
Then select "SY24-25 Existing Student Registration."
*It is important to read each line carefully when filling out the Online Registration. Some date is required and denoted by a red astrisk (*). Some data must be updated every year as required by state or federal organizations.
**In the "Releases" tab/section, the School Handbook and Technology Policy links must be opened and closed for each student being registered.
You can pay school fees for your student(s) account online with your credit/debit card or electronic check.
New Families
This includes new families to the district as well as returning families who left the district prior to the end of the 2023-24 school year

In-Person Registration
If you are unable to register online at home, please be aware that we will hold in-person registration at Roundy Elementary on:
AUGUST 6th FROM 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (No registrations will be started after 6:45 PM)
***All students are charged a $20 materials/book fee each year. ***

Before you begin, please gather the following:
Household information -- addresses and phone numbers
Parent information -- work and cell phone numbers, email addresses
Student information -- demographic and health/medication information
Documents Required
Birth Certificate (new registrations)
Utility Bill with current address (new registrations)
Immunization Record (new registrations or changes in immunization status)
Medications (new registrations or changes in medication requirements)
Note: Required fields and important information are marked with a red asterisk, and the district will receive the data exactly as it is entered. Please be careful of spelling, capitalization and punctuation. Dates should be entered as MM/DD/YYYY and phone numbers as xxx-xxx-xxxx.
