This is my fourth year as the Middle School Counselor at Columbus.  I work with individual students, small groups, and whole classes on academic, social, and career skills.  My office is part of the Guidance Office at the Secondary Building.  I am in District everyday except for Tuesdays when I am the Elementary School Counselor in Wapello.

I have lived in Kansas, Massachusetts, Illinois, Indiana, and am now glad to find myself here in Iowa.  I went to high school outside Chicago at Prairie Ridge High School in Crystal Lake, IL.  I received a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education while minoring in music and special education at Goshen College in Goshen, IN.  I graduated from the University of Iowa with a Masters Degree in School Counseling.
